    Help! Form will not update (link goes to old version of form)

    I updated an RSVP form within Jotform.com, saved it, and it looks good to go. However, if you go to the link, the OLD version of the form is still showing. 

    It's not a refresh issue - I've had other people check the link.

    I need the form to update ASAP as it is an RSVP form for an event that is now FULL.

    I read on another thread that it may be a data lag issue. How long does it take typically for the data to catch up/refresh?

    The revised version should read: 

    Oh, darn! We'd love to have you join us, but this event is now full.

    Please advise!

    The form now has the updated message. So, your update seems to be live now.

    No, sorry, it's not updated. It doesn't have the new content. I'm looking at it right now.

    To clarify, if I click the link provided by jotform, it goes to the old content.

    When I look at this page:

    I see this message at the top of the form:

    Oh, darn! We'd love to have you join us, but this event is now full.

     

    Do you not see this message when you look at it? form.jotform.us is served from our CDN. So, the copy on the data center close to you might have a different version. One possible solution would be to open the form on form builder and click on Save. That will do a cache clear. That might help.

    No, unfortunately I don't see that message at the top. I'm working on a mac and I've hit command + R to refresh the screen as well. I already clicked SAVE inside the form builder multiple times (and again now). I'm still getting the old information when I click the link:

    Any other ideas?

    Hello, here is what may be causing the problem.  So please keep this in mind when editing the form.  Hope that helps and thank you for your patience with this! 

     As quoted by our Founder Mr. Aytekin,

    "This is a data replication problem between our servers in different data centers. You may either wait little bit for the changes to be updated, or you can use the same domain name. For example if your form is on jotform.us, you can login and use the form builder on www.jotform.us. Then there will not be any lag in the updates. Usually there is no lag but we are doing some database maintenance today

    Thank you - it's now updated. I did do the editing on jotform.us but there was still a lag. Luckily it's resolved now.
