I cannot get the form in app to work on mobile phone

I created a Jotform for mobile purposes. It works perfectly on my computer...it also works perfectly in my mobile app builder previewer. However, on my mobile phone, I can't get it to function ... 

I've tried several different types of template forms....created my own forms and the results are the same.

Please advise. Thank you. 

I think that is because the form is not loaded in an app browser. You should do that. Our forms cannot work without a browser. What app builder are you using by the way? Did you also publish your app? Can we try it? 

Welvin... Thanks for the response. On the left is where I insert Jotform URL. On the right is what appears in my app. The interesting thing...When I tested in my preview (Shop) its works. But from my phone it does not...

Can you please share to us the URL of your app or website where we can also test the actual form used. 

I test using the form own URL only on mobile browser and everything is working at this time.

Perhaps the issue was on the published form on your app.
