Invalid PayPal message upon submission

I'm having an issue, when you try to complete my form it says Invalid Paypal. How do I fix this? I don't even want paypal set up for this. it should just be an order form, no paying.

The PayPal field seems to be already removed from your form. A Purchase Order field can be used to create an order section without a payment processing.
