Not receiving form submission emails? Its not going to my email address provided...
I only have setup the drop down menu option of "Damage / Theft / Loss"
After clicking submit i recieve nothing. Its been over 30mins now.
The "Test" email works but not the form submission

I checked your account's email log and found that email of your submissions has been sent to you.
You can also check them from your account's settings.
From History, select "Emails" from the top right drop down.
