DropBox reappearing folders

    Dear JotForm Team, 

    Our forms are normally integrated with Dropbox and once I disable them, they still keep creating the same folders on Dropbox as if they were still integrated. 

    I would like to be able to move the folders to Archive and at the moment, once I do this, they keep reappearing which is pretty irritating :)

    Please could you help?

    Can you please tell us the URL of the form that you disabled already. 

    My understanding of the problem is that the form was using Dropbox integration and was already disabled. But it still keeps creating the Dropbox folder in your Dropbox account as if the form was still being submitted. Let me know if my understanding is incorrect.

    As far as I know if the form was already in disabled status, there is no other means to submit it. Since it is not submitted, it should not be triggering the dropbox integration.

    Another option you can do is to remove the dropbox integration on the form also.
