My new form and related emails are working great.
When people make a donation they are getting a second email, from JotForm with a link to Square's receipt.
Is there a way to make this email show it's coming from our organization rather than JotForm? I think it might confuse people. Much like the Thank You email ... I was able to change the sender to our org even though technically it's coming form JotForm.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, I'm not sure there is an option to update that within Jotform and I believe automatic receipts are set up from Square. May I suggest you check it within your Square account, please?
