I have a form - http://jotformeu.com/form/21875387415361 - that have total 23 submission - http://anmalan.sportbatsklubben.se/grid/22392111784047 -.
But when I looked into my Jotform Control panel, "My Forms" just show 21 submission?
So I missed two submission? Why and where can I find them ??

The form shows 24 submissions on our server.
Can you try logging out, doing a full browser refresh (usually CTRL+F5 depending on browser) and check again?

I too have investigated the problem and can confirm what my colleague FXR has stated about our server showing that you have 24 Submitted Entries for this particular form but I also took a deeper look at the Submissions that made it into the Entries List and it is showing as 23 like you had mentioned.
I believe this was caused by someone that started your Form and may have changed their mind so they did not finish it which is why it counted as a Submission but was not finished hence the reason for 1 Submission missing. We will continue to investigate the issue and if you have this problem with more entries please let us know.

Hi again. I have the same problem on my from: http://www.jotform.com/form/10410128850
It show 61 submissions, but when I looked at the report it show 63?
The same error on this submissions, two submissins lost somewhere ??

Hi, there was a buggy new release that went out today. It caused problems with the submission counters, but not with the submissions. As per our development team, it has been fixed and so we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

But, when I count the submission on "My Forms" and compare the with my "grid report" there are missing two submissions on "My Forms", so if I don't create a report I hade miss the two submissions ?

No, these submissions will not be missed. We have a small lag issue between our US and EU servers.
I have created a ticket, and forwarded it to our Technicians to see if we can force synchronization for your account.
We will get back to you as soon as we have any news.

Hi, thank you for the updated reply. For now, we can only wait for the advise from our Next Level support with regards to the inconsistency.

You have a saved version of the grid on your site. If you are missing some entries on the live site, that might mean you have deleted 2 entries from the submissions.

I don't think so.

will change when I received a new submission.
The two missing entrys - from 12-09-05, 15:37:12 and 15:53:18
(on form http://www.jotform.com/submissions/21875387415361)
are not deleted by me?

I would like to also inform you that our development team has migrated our databases to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a replication data delay. Because of a data replication problem between our servers some of the counts were increased incorrectly, but the submissions are correct.
We would also like to ask that you please check the Data on Excel and compare it to your emails, and if you see any missing entries in the Excel, then please let us know and we will look into it further.
