I have an “Offer Acceptance Form” for a job I applied for, but I don’t know if the job is legit or not, or if this link is legit or not.

    Hi kbama,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked this form, and everything appears to be normal. Our phishing detector will automatically flag forms like this and suspend the account or our staff can do it manually.

Here are some guidelines to help you avoid scams:

    • Never fill out a form from an anonymous contact, an unknown organization, or a company with no website or legitimate presence.
    • Never pay money to get employment
    • Never provide critical information such as your SSN, banking information, or driver’s license numbers or pictures to such suspicious contacts.

Reach out again if you have any other questions or if there is anything else we can help you with.

I was wondering the same thing so I asked the company and they said it’s a scam. Their LinkedIn account was hacked.

    Hi kbama,

Thanks for reporting this matter to us and helping us to keep Jotform safe. We understand how upsetting things like this can be, and we take your security and privacy very seriously.

We want to assure you that Jotform is not participating in this conduct. We supply a Form Builder, and unfortunately, some parties may use the forms for wrongful purposes.

After looking into this, we determined that they have violated our Terms of Use. So, we immediately suspended the account, the account owner, as well as any forms and apps connected to it. But, keep in mind that although the form owner has no access to the form or data at Jotform now, they might have received your submission information if they enabled the Notification Email feature.

Feel free to reach out again if you have any questions or if we can help you in any other way.
