Why am I not receiving email notifications?

    Recebe a inscrição no site mas não chega no email.

    I have just checked the email address related to your account and it seems to be a Gmail address. Please note that we had recently an issue with Gmail recipients and they were not receiving emails, so if you have used Gmail recipients on your forms they may have been affected by this issue. 

    This has been already reported and resolved by our developers too so you should receive emails now, may you please check on your inbox and let us know if you're still unable to receive emails? 

    Also, please check on your spam/junk folder since the emails may have ended up there.

    I am still having problems with this as of 4:50pm. submissions are showing on jotform, but I am not getting the emails.
