I have a spammer who has used up hundreds of entries is there a way of preventing this?

This means I have been taken over my submission limit, can I delete these and get my submissions back or stop this person from entering our competition?

Ok I've deleted the 300 spam entries and placed note on the form to say multiple entries will not be accepted. I hope this means other people can enter now. It is still saying I am out of space, can somebody clarify this for me please.

    Many thanks

To prevent multiple submissions or spam on your form coming from the same person, you can add a Captcha field in your form.

You can also enable "unique submissions" in your form — How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

Or, you can also set form limits based on a unique question in your form — How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

With regards to resetting the monthly submission count in your account, we understand that receiving multiple spam submissions can be really frustrating and we may be able to help you with that by resetting 300 monthly submission count off your account. However, please be noted that we can only do this one time for every account. Please let us know if you would like us to proceed.

We will wait for your response.

That's great, I have added the captcha and would really appreciate the 300 count of my account. I have removed all the spam.

    Many thanks for your help

As requested, I have reduced your submission counts as it due being to the spam submissions you have received.
