How to create a form in 'old style'?

I have used jotform for clients in the past and when I created this clients account i see that you guys have really revamped how forms function. Is there a way I can create an 'old style' form that displays all questions at once instead of having to click through and use the time line thing?

The forms on your account are created with the 'New Layout'. If you want to use the 'Legacy Layout' you have to change the Form Layout on the settings page of your form. 

You can also un-check Form Layout option on the Settings page of your account.
