Why my number of forms exceeded?

i have three active forms but Cannot make another one 

I keep getting a message that states that I can only have 5

because of my free account

But I only have 3

 I checked your account and I found you have 3 forms in your "My Forms" folder and 3 forms in your "Archive" folder. This is the reason it's showing you out of reach in your form limit.

You can again get your form limit by deleting your form or upgrading your account.
