How to insert the Square cc fields in a new order form?

I need to insert the Square cc fields in a new order form (I have other jotforms that sync w/Square). However, the optional choices are stuck on Purch

I understand that you want to pass the credit card fields entered on a square payment integrated form to another form. Is that correct? Unfortunately, it is not possible to pass the credit card information to another form. The credit card information entered into a payment integrated form will be encrypted and processed by the payment gateway only.
