That's possible with JotForm. You can create form and integrate it with Square payments. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/459-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Square

Embedding the form to your website is easy. Just take your form embed code and paste it on your website.

When you add the Square payment to your form, it'd create a credit card field. That is where the user fills their credit card information and once they submit the form, their credit card will be sent securely to Square through API for payment processing.

So basically, your customers don't need to choose Square since the form itself is already integrated with Square and their payments will be processed by Square upon submissions.

If this is not what you mean, kindly elaborate your question. Thank you!

I am not able to change the payment gateway to SQUARE. The system seems to have AUTHORIZE.NET set as the default payment

Form has no default payment field. It depends on what you add to your form.

If there's an existing payment field in your form, delete it then add Square.

Take note that you can only add one payment field in a form.
