Issues with moving forward from reuqired field sections even though requirement was met

We have a form called prospective advisor questionnaire. Many of the fields required at least 1 response. I had someone try to complete the form, and even though they filled out multiple responses in some cases, it wouldnt let them move on from the required field. So, i had to remove many of those required slots from the questionnaire. why was that happening??? This is my last attempt with jotform. That questionnaire was working perfectly fine until today. 

I tested the form you provided and I was able to submit it. 

I assume that you resolved the issue by removing the fields that we causing the issue. Please let us know which fields did you remove from the form. Which type of the fields did caused the issue, some basic fields or widgets? Was it maybe the Input Table field? Can you provide us a demo form with those fields or add them back to your form, so that we can test it and if necessary to report this issue to our developers?
