I have lost permission to add more sub-users ?

I just got approval to extend my subscription over 12 months and have lost sub-admin user access, I followed instructions and deleted a couple but it didn't allow me to add any more, i need to shuffle some people around and wasn't aware you were going to take the privilege away, can you please reinstate.

When I check your account, I see that you are in the Bronze plan. Please note that bronze users can add 3 sub-user accounts.

This limit is 10 in the silver plan. Also, when I check your account, I see that you were in the silver monthly plan in August. Hence, you were able to add 4 sub-user accounts. However, you are in the bronze plan now, you can only add 3 sub-user accounts.
