Can I upload a word doc into Jotform?

Hello - I have created a Word doc which is a tour evaluation form. Is there a way I can just upload it to jotform and then edit it so I don't have to recreate it?

Unfortunately, we do not have a tool in the Form Builder to convert your word doc to JotForm. I suggest you create it from scratch.
