my forms are showing over 700 submitted, but only 70+ are actually there

Asked by peacefulpaws on September 05, 2012 at 11:38 PM

When I check my forms, it shows over 700+ forms submitted and warns me that i've hit my limit and need to upgrade. However, in reality, there were only about 70+ forms submitted. Since receiving the message, I actually deleted multiple submissions so I know that the actual count is less than 50 now. It still shows over 700 although the number has decreased slightly (by about 8 forms).

    What gives?

We apologize for this inconvenience, peacefulpaws.

There had been a glitch yesterday on the submission counts which may have caused your form to look like it received a huge number of submissions. I have restarted your submissions counter.

I also have forwarded this matter to the development team to look at your actual submissions received on your form.

We'll keep you posted on this matter.

This was a temporary problem with our data replication. It is now resolved but your counts might be incorrect. We will try to fix them as well. Sorry about this.
