Paypal products is still adding tax

I'm using a paypal widget on our form and selected tax exempt on the products being sold but it is still adding tax.

You can actually uncheck the product if you do not want to add tax in it as well as remove the base tax rate.

However, if it's Paypal that is imposing the tax, you will have to change that in your Paypal account.
