Save and continue with session on my form is not working

    I created ballots in jotform and placed settings so that I can return to where I left off in the form but it's not working.

    Do you mean to say that the Save to continue later feature is not working on your form? I have checked your JotForm and see that the link to the second form is correct. However, as I tested the second form, I notice that the session is not saving correctly. After reloading the form on a different window/browser, the data is not being displayed. 

    I have cloned your form to my account to test and tried deleting the progress bar widget on the form to see if it is causing any conflicts. But it seems it is not the case. Please allow me some time to test it and get back to you with relevant information.

    I have tested the session feature further and it seems that there is an issue with the retrieving the session. We have now forwarded the issue to our backend team to investigate the issue further. 

    Once we have any information in this regard, we'll be posting it here.

    i think we figured out the issue. It’s because we were supposed to use the same browser in order to view our form again.Disregard my original message for now.

    We had and issue with the Save Forms and Continue Later feature. This issue is now resolved. 

    However, if you are using Auto Fill feature, then you have to use the same browser and device for the saved field values to autofill in the form.
