Need help with adobe sign widget

I want the adobe sign widget to take them to another page to fill out a document and sign it. I do not want it to be the same as the survey i am having them fill out. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, we are limited to the process as what it is now. You can only add a widget to the form and not take it outside the form. So when signing the widget, it requires to be with the form. But if I am misunderstanding your concern, it would be great if you can give us more details such as the actual process that you have in mind.
