New Form Layout: Shrink option is not available

I do not have the ability to shrink fields so I can create columns.  I read the instructions on how to do this, but don't see the required selection in my advanced options area.

As I have checked your form, I have seen that you are using our new form layout in your form. We do not have shrink option in our new form layout. 

It is only available for our classic layout.
