    Hello,

    I want to ask if there is a way to connect one of the submissions table of a form with power query from Excel, so in this way i can extract and transform in some like a real time the information of the submission table.

    Hi Dgo_dgo,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, Power Query is not currently a direct available feature. As a workaround, you can use Power automate if you want to save data in Excel. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
    • In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Power Automate.
    • Now, select and connect your Power automate account.

    While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.

    If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    hello,

    mmm but this option only show me the data of the Form and not the data from the submissions table like for example the approval status column, what i need to do is make a connection with the table and not with the Form.

    it will help me a lot if there is anyway to connect with the table.

    Thanks for the answer.

    Hope have a good day :).

    @Rhina,

    Any update on the Power Query integration?

    This integration is highly anticipated. It would be fantastic to have it so we can connect our data directly in Excel and Power BI models.
