Why does the PDF version of my submission have formatting that is off?

The form I create is beautiful in its submission stage, but when I try to download it as a PDF it looks terrible. Formatting is completely off with gaps of white space.  

Please provide us an ID of the form you have an issue with. 

If you customize your PDF, you can reset it, to see if that will resolve your issue.

You can reset PDF inside of the PDF Designer.
