Selection based emails

Hi, I would like to have emails sent to email addresses based on a user's selections within the form.

For example, if the user selects Office A, an email needs to fire off to the address assigned to Office A. I need this to work for multiple options, so say the user selects Office A and Office C, I need the emails to fire off to the assigned addresses for A and C, but not B. 

So far, I have not found a way to do this, only no matter which options are selected, the emails fire off to all email addresses in the conditional logic settings.
