I had created multiple forms about seven months ago that users could sign and a copy of the signed PDF would be emailed to them. All had been working fine until recently where only the last page of the PDF (signature and some fields) prints. Nothing has been changed on the forms at all so I assume a change was made on JotForms end. This has effected every version of the form (nine versions/business locations).
The form is a service agreement so the body of the agreement is missing and only the last signed piece prints.Page URL:

Hi, I cloned the form and I was able to replicate the issue. Here's my screen capture test:
To fix the issue, please Reset the PDF in the Customized PDF window then resize the Text field in the PDF Designer.
