submissions counter error

    Hello. The other day I received a notice saying I was over quota and you were going to shut my forms down. No problem, I simply upgraded to a paid account and figured that would solve it. Yet days later I just got another notice saying I'm over my quota and you're still going to shut my forms down. 

    I did pay, honest I did. What more can I do? My customers depend on their forms, and I'm on vacation. If all the forms go down, I'm in deep doo-doo...

    Hi Chris, in these days we had an issue with our submissions counter. Your account was affected by this issue. I have already resetted your submissions counter. Please login again and let us know if the issue persists. Hope this helps. Alessandro
