- stuartmduncanAsked on October 13, 2017 at 04:06 AMOn the published form and also in preview mode, pressing the calendar button on the 'date' element does nothing other than display a small white box/square centrally below the text field. There is no option to select a date this way and I had to manually type in the date however I (and most likely prospective clients) was unsure of what format to type and would be recognised. Following completion of the form I discovered that the format I had entered was indeed not recognised.
