On preiew, I see the updated page, when when I open www.edeaq.com, page "Registration", only the first part of the page is visible, the last two thirds are missing.Page URL:

Apologize for inconvenience thay may have caused. Our development team is already migrated our database to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a data replication delay/problems between our servers.

How long will it take to become operational again?
Another problem: we are no longer receiving e-mails (to: email@example.com) from when the forms are completed.

It may take a while for the updated form data to be propagated across our servers.
If waiting is not an option for your business, try using these form codes instead:
As for the email issue, it is possible that the emails are rejected by your mail provider due to DomainKeys issues.
Try configuring your notifications to use firstname.lastname@example.org as its Sender Email.
