I subscribed to one month of the 9.99US service. I used your serivce as we had an event coming up and people were signing up. It worked great. The event was on Aug 26 so I do not need another month of subscription anymore. I saw an email come for a renewal. I do not want to revew it anymore as there is no need. Can you please help me cancel it and refund my 2nd month subscription of $9.99.

Hi, I have canceled your current subscription and refunded you 1 month's payment as of today. Your account is scheduled to be downgraded on 10/7/2012. I would also like to inform you for future notice that we cannot refund more than 2 months just so that you are aware of it. Since the refund has already been applied you shoud see it reflected into your bank within 10 days, and your account has been downgraded to free as of today.
