Trying to verify my email for a new account, and the link emailed to be gives an error msg of "Not Valid Link". Please assist

I have now verified your email address on your behalf. I also have escalated this matter in order for the development team to observe what's happening. If you don't mind, can you share with us the direct link which you have received in order for us to see what went wrong or for us to be able to find what's causing it to return an invalid link error?
