    Why do the # of responses (form submissions) keep changing?

    I used jotform to create an RSVP form online for an upcoming event. The number of responses has been changing back and forth from 90 to 79 the last few days. Yesterday afternoon it said 90. This morning it says 79 again (said this yesterday morning). What's up? I am very concerned that some of the initial responses were lost or that the count is not accurate. This will be a big problem event day...

    Thoughts?? Has anyone else experienced this?

    Hi Kimh,

    Sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused you today. Regarding on this issue, our development team is already aware of this issue and they already migrate our database to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a data replication delay/problems between our servers, so some of the counts where increase incorrectly, even though the submissions are correct. 

    Please check the data on the Excel and compare it to your emails, and if see any missing entries in the Excel, then please let us know  and we will look into it further.
