In restore mode, form not found

I created a form <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/72856481092160"></script>

and it will not let me view it. I've saved it, published and I keep getting this Form Not Found error...what is the solution?

Checked your docs and there's no entry on this error.

Due to long time inactivity, your account/username Hmax12  was in Dormant status.
