I believe you need to remove the relevant tags when composing the autoresponder email but providing a screenshot of your composition of that message (and perhaps a link to the live form or even just a clone of it) might be helpful in resolving this issue.

    Thanks.

This is just a wild guess but I wonder if the word "Class" might be causing the problem. Try replacing it with another word of similar meaning and see if that helps. (It probably won't but it's worth a try. It's just that {chooseClass} looks like something one would find in programming languages and it might have unintended consequences similar to what you have shown.)

Since this is a payment form, the details of the payer is added intentionally. You cannot remove it.

I am having the same problem. It would be really nice if we could suppress the ==Payer Info== etc from the rest of the field value. This looks like info that is coming back from PayPal, despite the fact that I've specified that I do NOT need payers address.

I want to include the value in an e-mail as well as display it on a webpage; but I don't want all that extra info.

    Thanks,

    David

The extra info was asked by many people, that's why we added it. Does it really cause problems for you?

It just doesn't make for a pretty reply email. If the information was all populated and in the correct position it would be a little better. For instance, my "Choose Class to Attend" field does not line up with the answer. After that the "Address" field is not populated at all. It is not the clean look i want my clients to see.

First, I want to thank you for your quiick response.
I think that the data we're expecting back probably should be the item name, in JPatton1225 's case, the "Class to attend" and the quantity of that item. Optionally, the total dollars. If someone wants the Payer's address, it should come from the address field on the form. I realize that PayPal is sending back this info and it could be valuable (I see they send back the PayPal email address which might be useful, BUT it's not part of the field and its inclusion makes the field result pretty unusable.)
    Thank you again,

    David
