I am not notified by email after my customer submits their order

    after my customer submits their purchase order.

    I am not getting notified by email...

    Please help.

    The email address of the recipient of your last form ID has been bounced listed. Here's the log from our system:

    support@mcaonsteroids.info is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; unable to look up host

     

    It seems that the email provider has blocked the emails from Jotform. In this case, we recommending asking the recipient (if you do not own this email) to check the spam/junk folder. If the emails are there, they should select the emails and mark them as not spam.

    Also, we recommend doing the following:

    1. Add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender or contact list.

    2. Whitelist jotform. You can find our list here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
