Need to know how to do the following:
I have a project I need to build for our club membership.
Member will fill out a form which they will ask a specific question on their golf game.
They will send in a photo or a video which they will upload.
It will be send to the Golf Pro.
At this point I know exactly how to do all the above.
What I need help on is when I send a Notification email to the Golf Pro. How does he type in his comments and then send the email back to our member so they can read his comments?
Thank you for your time,
Steve

If you have a default comment, you can add an autoresponder email to your form. If you have a different comment on each submission, you still need an autoresponder email and enable the "Send on Edit" feature.
Here's my demo form that you can clone: https://form.jotform.com/72864758728980
In the demo form, I have enabled the "Send on Edit" feature of the autoresponder email.
When the form owner receives the notification email, there's a link that can edit the submission.
After editing the submission (commenting on the submission), when you form owner click the Submit button then a new auto-responder will be sent to the user.
I hope this information helps. If you need further explanation or have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
