i got an alert that we would be disabled today. i only have 64 submissions currently and i clear them out every 2 months. can you let me know what i am doing wrong so we can continue to use the free version?

Apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused you today. Our development team is already aware on this issue and they already migrated our database to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a data replication delay/problem between servers, so some of the counters where increase incorrectly even though the submission are correct.
Please check data on the Excel and compare it to your emails and is see any missing entries in the Excel then please let us know so we can look into it further.
I have now reseted your counter and re-activated.
