Changes made appear in preview window but not when viewing the form in a browser. Also am only receiving the first question in the results email.

    Form title and header logo are also not appearing.

    I have not used your service much because I have not been able to test properly. Now, when I need it to be reliable, it's not working. I am trying to get our entire company on this platform and this is making me rethink it.

    Hoping you have a quick fix available.

    Hi, we have several domains associated. Your forms just happen to be located at . In order to fix this type of problem what you will need to do is make sure that you are logged into the appropriate server that your forms are found on and do the changes and save them there then you will have to use the embedding code and re-embed it into your website -

    Using the .us domain does allow me to see the form correctly in a browser
    but the results I am emailed still only include the first question and
    nothing else. Any thoughts on how to fix? 
    Also, where should I be logging into to create forms? Is the .us domain the
    right place? Whats the difference between using .us .com and .pro? Do I just
    need to make sure I edit where I create or can I only create on .us?
    I love your interface and ease of use and really want to get this working
    correctly. Are these issues related to your database upgrade mentioned in
    the forums or is it something I am doing?

    Since our development team has been migrating our database to a more powerful servers cloud, this have been causing some accounts to experience a lag while updating forms

    In your case the form is on domain  (  , so as a temporary fix , please login into your Jotform account using and perform the updates there.

    Also make sure the embedded code into your page is also modified to that domain.  When eveything gets restablished, you will not need to make the changes again

    I am still having issues with this. I logged in using; however, I have to manually change the url for the form fromtoto get the form to work. This is for a non-profit and they have to be able to cut/paste without my having to explain to them how to change the url to get it to work.

    After making some css modifications to get things to align properly, the form with the url is out of alignment. The css was so that the text would wrap around the image. Now the image is within the white box and the Paypal information is off to the far right outside the white box.

    I also added 'clear form', 'print form' and include total; none of those appear no matter what I have tried with regards to the url used. BTW, in the preview mode it is working.

    I apologize hearing about that, like I said above,We had a data replication problem yesterday.

    Please login into your form using the same domain where the form is. and Make sure the embed code is also corrected into the page. That is the only way for now to make this to work
