We want to lock down the access to the form on a certain device

I was also wondering if there was an application that could be loaded onto devices in order to gain access to the forms as opposed to making the forms available via a weblink? - we just wanted to lock down the access to the form on certain user devices as opposed to anyone with a weblink.

If you mean to have your form locked in the device, like kiosk mode, I'm afraid that is not possible since our forms are opening through Browser and we don't have control over that.

That should be checked and handled by the operating system of the device, meaning it should be possible to make the application (Browser) locked in the device.

If that is what you had in mind.

    Which device are you using?

    Hi Nik,

Yes that is exactly right.  I would like to make the from available in kiosk mode. I understand this this is not possible, so I have done exactly what you have recommended.  I have created a whitelist of sites that can be accessed in kiosk mode with the jot form links being one of them.  Everything works except for the widgets in the form.  Do you have a solution for that?

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A

You said that you have whitelisted JotForm in order to make it work but the widgets are not working. Please try to whitelist our widget domain as well: https://widgets.jotform.io.

You may also create a fillable PDF form in order to use JotForm offline. However, an internet connection is needed if you need to submit the form. Please take note that conditions and widgets are not yet available in the fillable PDF.

    Please check this guide: Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
