Is it possible to add a header (or sub-header text) to a grid report?

My grid report has no title, and I wonder how you can add one. Many thanks.

Unfortunately no. It is currently not possible to add header or sub-header in grid or any other report. Reports will only display the submission data in predefined format and it is not possible to customise it.
