Upgrade didn't reflect my account?

    Hello,

    I subscribe to the "storage" option Friday, October 13th but I'm still offering "starter" on my account etr.mp@mac.com. Can you do the necessary please Thanking you in advance

    Dear Nicolas,

    We are really sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    I have seen that we have received your payment for the storage yearly plan on 13 Oct 2017 (Order Number: INT171013-5541-34708). However, it didn't reflect your account. 

    I have upgraded your account to the storage plan and fixed this problem. Also, you can find your invoice in your billing page as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/329-How-to-Check-Invoices
