    Re onsite monthly direct Debit Application form

    my last submission only showed a jpg file name that i cant access for the photo rather than the image?

    I assume this is the form you are talking about ? I checked the submissions but I can't find one. I also cloned it and tested on my end, and it seems to be working perfectly.

    Let us know if the link I provided above captures your webcam device now, also please click "Allow" when there is a pop up on your web browser. I tested a submission on your form please check if you can see the image now from my webcam (blue image).

    If you still can't see the submission data/image, try cloning this cloned form

    Guide on how to clone can be found here

    And test the cloned form to see if submission data is now recorded.

    It was actually a different form, named onsite monthly direct debit.
    I had a submission today which only showed a file name for the photo and not the actual photo. Yesterday’s submission were fine.
    It was a bit strange, but didn’t want it to be a regular thing.

    Maybe the users uploaded image  was corrupted/incomplete during submission due to his/her internet. 

    Let us know if this happen again and please include the submission ID so we can further investigate.
