Could you please advise why when someone submits a form it emails me 3 times?
How do I only get it to email me once?

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. I have checked the most recent form (https://www.jotform.com/72673686254871) that you are working on and I can verify from your account's email history page that there are 3 email notifications sent to your email address after that form was successfully submitted.
I have checked the form and there is no condition that's telling the form to send the only email notification in it.
May we know if the form is embedded on any website, please? I have created a clone version of your form and I was not able to reproduce the issue you are having.
May we also ask permission to make a test submission directly to your form, please?

Thanks for your response.
I actually figured out what was wrong and fixed it before receiving your response.
For some reason under settings in email notifications it was set up in there to send 3 times. Not sure how this happened as it just started happening all of a sudden without me changing anything.
Anyway, I have changed it back so no need to do anything.
