Hello, I applied for a nonprofit account and forgot to move the toggle to monthly instead of annually. Can you change my rate, please? How to change my payment after applying for nonprofit rate Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Hi Kathy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Note that If existing paid users apply and get approval to receive the nonprofit discount, it will be effective starting with the next subscription. So, if a user already has a paid subscription, they will need to cancel it and subscribe to a new paid plan. We can cancel your subscription, refund your payment, and then upgrade your account to discounted annual silver.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Kathy,

Thanks for getting back to us. Your forms will still be on the account. We will simply cancel your account and issue a refund for the last payment. Once completed, you can upgrade your account to Silver Annual.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Before we proceed, I pay $49 monthly. Does this mean i will be paying half of this?

I’m sorry but my silver plan currently have 100 Forms. I would not benefit from the the nonprofit discount if I lost half the forms and submissions. This is not the same plan that I currently have.

    Hello,

I received a debit from my account for $49.00 which is the old rate. I was told that it would be updated to $24.50 when I submitted my 990 Form. Please look into this and make the necessary adjustment. Thanks, Kathy Amos
