Integration previously set up with the form is now not working

    We have also discovered another issue the none of the previously connected
    integrations work. Can you weigh in on this as we have those integrations
    going elsewhere.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I see that from the original thread you are having issues because the form in question was in the new form layout. One of my colleagues has switched the layout of the form to the old layout as you have requested. We will be glad to help you with your concern, however, I have checked that form and I see that it has no active integrations. Perhaps you are referring to a different form in your account? Can you tell us which form is it, please? And, can you also let us know which integration is not working with that form?
