How to have a counter to show when seating is full?

Is there another widget besides the quantity gift registry that will allow users to see the number of spots still available for various workshops at a conference?

I have a very clean and concise form except that I want it to automatically remove options once the seating is full. Here is the link to my form:

I have found Quantity gift registry widget to be cumbersome and glitchy (i.e. doesn't work with preview submission widget, difficult to get it to work with conditional logic, etc).

But, please be mindful that widgets are limited when it comes to using conditions for example since widgets are working in separate iFrame and therefore they are not like regular fields.

So you might experience the same problem.
