Would like to update plan using PayPal but receive error messages . Username is juanita.price@gmail.com. Would like to update to bronze plan.. prefer not to use credit card!

It seems the error is on PayPal's end:
Unfortunately, until they resolve the issue the only alternative is to pay via credit card. Hopefully they should have this resolved soon.
