I have previously had my PayPal in the Sandbox and used "Preview Form" and then went through my form with no problems. My Google sheet was updated and I received two mail s from Jotform one as the form creator and one as the person to fill out the form.
Today, that is currently not working. I fill out the sandboxed form and click submit. Am taken to PayPal. The sandbox payment is processed. I click return to merchant. I am taken to my thank you web page.
But, on the Jotform browser tab there is a 'working' icon with the message "Please wait while we are processing your request..."
If I open a new browser tab and go to jotform.com no submission and no incomplete transactions are recorded.
It has been 15minutes the first Jotform tab still says "Please wait while we are processing your request..."
I have clicked the "Preview Form" button to turn the preview off, but it restarts the form in preview, if I click the "Preview Form" a second time I go back to editing my form but still on submissions are recorded and my Google Sheet is still not updated.

I just checked your form, and it does have incomplete payments: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments
If you want those submissions to appear in the spreadsheet, you need to complete them.
NOTE: Completing a submission will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.
