    Account over quota

    I am getting a message from you saying I am over my quota of 100 messages per month.  I have never received anywhere near 100 messages in any month, please recheck your records!

    Hi, We apologize for inconvenience caused by this issue to you. We had a data replication problem yesterday. The submission counts are incorrect because of that. We will try to fix the counts.

    I would like to also inform you that our development team has migrated our databases to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a replication data delay. Because of a data replication problem between our servers some of the counts were increased incorrectly, but the submissions are correct.

    We would also like to ask that you please check the Data on Excel and compare it to your emails, and if you see any missing entries in the Excel, then please let us know and we will look into it further.

    My account status shows a total of 14 messages received since early June!

    What Mathew is talking about is about downloading your submission into an excel format. And compare it to your email notifications

    Thanks for clarifying!  I have actually only had a handful of messages since August 1, and just by looking at them, I can tell you that I have received them all.  (Anything older than that would be a moot point.)

    However, I'm guessing that once your data replication problem is solved, my "over quota" problem will be as well, correct?
