Don't receive the confirmation email

    Dears, 

    I would like to send an email confirmation to people who suscribe my event.

    However no email is received. I have verified my email address.

    Could you please help ?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I submitted form with my email address and I received confirmation email successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and see if you are still receiving auto-responder email successfully. You may also like to check your SPAM folder or use some other email address to test your form and get back to us if the issue persists.
